For this assignment, I went ahead and chose to change the language on my Facebook profile from English to German for a day. I was very surprised to find how much this helped with identifying new verbs and vocabulary. Dates changed to day.year and time changed to a 24-hour clock. Chronik translates to timeline and "schreibe eine Kommentar" means write a comment. To share is "teilen" and fotos, musik and buchen are pretty straight-forward. I actually really find myself enjoying having my Facebook profile in German. It really helps, especially with getting used to somewhat speaking it.
